It all started as a fundraising event to provide a different venue and a different menu with every adventure.  While in school the concept came about to raise money for students to be able to further their education in their field of study.  Helping to reach out in the community and introduce ourselves to them and them to us.  The Underground Supper Club of Spivey's Bistro uses premium ingredients and supports all local growers.  Whether its' items are hand selected from the menu, or an old family recipe, Spivey's Bistro guarantees your food will always be seasonal, fresh, and designed specifically for you.   

 

We are locally owned and operated, and take great pride in providing premium service in all our efforts, especially our career pursuits.  Consistently planning and taking purposeful actions in pursuit of giving positive energy to others, building mutually supportive relationships, and helping to have long term potential is our goal.

 

Our passion is working with different dynamics offered from the colorful career of cooking and the people in it.  We believe in people and have a passion to serve them. All the beautiful natural surroundings and creative amenities provided to us, would be the perfect place to apply our positive attitude of gratitude for any event possible.
